Mr. Williams was preceded in death by his parents, Henry R. Williams and Gracie ( Self) Williams, son, Joe R. Williams, two brothers, Bill and John Williams, sister, Mae Gordon, two grandchildren, Timothy Williams and Tiffany Williams. Mr. Williams leaves behind 4 sons, and their wives, Rhadford (Melaine) Williams of Rock Hill, SC, Steven (Carol Ann) Williams of Rock Hill, SC, Richard (Lisa) Williams of Chester, SC, Jonathan (Chrystal) Williams of Rock Hill, SC; 16 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren. Service for Mr. Williams will be Saturday, September 11, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Southside Baptist Church. Viewing 12 p.m. to 12:45 p.m. 1229 South Anderson Road, Rock Hill, SC, Officiating Pastor Kenneth Walters. Burial at Grandview Memorial Park 620 S. Cherry Road, Rock Hill, SC. Parker Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
