Dorothy S. Lapp
April 27, 1930 - October 1, 2025 (Age 95)
Dorothy S. Lapp, 95, of Lancaster, passed away on Monday, October 1, 2025. Born in Strasburg, she was the daughter of the late Isaac H. and Grace Stauffer Metzler. She was the wife of the late John B. Lapp. Dorothy was an upholsterer at Flexsteel for many years.
Dorothy is survived by: sons, Gary L. Lapp of Lancaster, Dennis L. husband of Mary S. Lapp of Kansas City, MO; daughter, Cheryl L. Spohn of Lancaster; seven grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren. She was the oldest of 10 siblings. She was preceded in death by: a son, J. Richard Lapp; brothers, John Metzler and Dave Metzler.
The funeral is private and interment will be in Conestoga Memorial Park. Please omit flowers, contributions may be made to the Lancaster Bible College Scholarship Fund.
