Robert Harris Perrine age 86 of Zanesville passed away September 19, 2021 at his residence. He was retired from AEP Conesville Plant. He will be laid to rest in Zanesville Memorial Park beside his wife Shirley Perrine who proceeded him in death on October 3, 2019.
