Charlotte, North Carolina - Wyley Steven Horne died Tuesday evening, February 22. He was a beloved father, son and brother. He was a Marine veteran and loved to fish! He is predeceased by his father, Warren Horne. He is survived by his mother Saundra, and stepfather Michael. He is also survived by his two brothers and best friends, Bill and Warren Jr, followed by his daughter Stephanie Ciuclea, her husband Chris and two grandchildren Noah and Holland, and son Jacob Horne with his two daughters, Angelina and Milena. Wyley was a God fearing man that faught a good fight but now can rest easy in the arms of our Lord Jesus. His motto was, "Semper Fi! Never give up!"
