Albert Otto Kuklo Sr., 86, of Everett, passed away on Friday, September 5, 2025, at VA hospital in Altoona, PA.
He was born on June 28, 1939, in Kerney, Pennsylvania, a son of the late Henry and Rose. (Price) Kuklo.
He leaves behind his wife, Rita, of 66+ years. Along with his wife, he is survived by one son and 3 three daughters: Albert O Kuklo Jr. of Claysburg, PA, Brenda Kuklo of Everett, PA, Beverly Kuklo of Martinsburg, PA, and Carol Fleck, married to Charles, of Osterburg, PA; seven grandchildren: Tenesia Gathimbi; Benjamin Kuklo and significant other, Courtney; Albert “AJ” O. Kuklo III; Heather Roberts and husband, Terry; April Harber; Brittany Fluke and husband, Joshua; and Christopher Korpowski and fiancé, Brier; 18 great-grandchildren: Tristan (Shyann), Caden, Salena, Ariell, Mary, Ryot, Iziah, Noel, Kaylynn, Nicholas, Azrael, Makayleigh, Arianna, Tye, Jasmine, Trinity, Tearra; two great-great-grandchildren, Braxton and Jaxlee; his brother, Gary, married to Barbara of Riddlesburg, PA; and a sister, Evangeline Munyan of Saxton, PA.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by the following siblings: Henry, Tillie, Rosemary, Jimmie, Patricia, John, Freddie, Betty and Bonnie.
Albert was a veteran of the US Navy, where he proudly served, and a member of Bedford American Legion Post 113. He was an exceptional artist; he enjoyed painting landscapes and portraits in his free time and he also enjoyed riding his motorcycle with his son and family when he was able. He loved playing his harmonica and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Albert is going to be sadly missed by his family.
A private funeral service and burial will be held at the convenience of the family. Albert will be laid to rest at Bedford County Memorial Park. Your thoughts and prayers are greatly appreciated
