Angelo D. Norelli, 76, of Glassport, died Saturday, February 22, 2025, at home. Born July 13, 1948, in Frasso Telesino, Italy, he was the son of the late Domenico "Dom" and Marietta "Mary" Cecere Norelli. Retired from the U.S. Navy with 20 years of service, he served on Glassport Borough Council, member of Port Vue United Methodist Church, Glassport Senior Center and Glassport American Legion Post 443. He was retired from US Steel Irvin Works.
He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Margaret "Peg" Pierce Norelli; daughters, Angela Hart and Jennifer (Dennis) Norelli-Burke; grandchildren, Kassady and Mackenzie Burke, Angelo "AJ" Hart, and Eddie Shaw; brother, Frank Norelli; sister, Mary Louise Feterik; nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the Wojciechowski Funeral Home, 640 Vermont Ave., Glassport. Service will be conducted there Wednesday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Randy Sweet officiating. Interment with military honors will follow at Penn Lincoln Memorial Park, North Huntingdon Township.
