Anna Mae Christ
October 11, 1928 - February 10, 2024 (Age 95)
Anna Mae (Schultz) Christ, 95, of Royersford; formerly of Pottstown, widow of Richard R. Christ, passed away on Saturday February 10, 2024 at Parkhouse Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.
Born in Allentown, PA, she was a daughter of the late Charles Schultz and the late Sadie (Spohn) Schultz.
Anna worked at Sanatoga Station as chief decorator where she also made creative wreaths and floral designs.
She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Pottstown.
Anna enjoyed word search puzzles and meeting friends at McDonald's and Burger King.
She is survived by daughter Diane wife of Edward Johnston; four grandchildren, Jennifer, Barbara, Jeffrey, Andrea; three step grandchildren, Jenny, Terry, Tracey; four great grandchildren, Logan, Sydney, Kellen, Parker; seven step great grandchildren, Ryan, Nathan, Natasha, Mitchell, Miranda, Cameron, Madelyn; a great great granddaughter, Jade; four step great great grandchildren, Braelyn, Paisley, Rowan, Kiley, and nieces and nephews especially Christine and Steven Schultz who visited her regularly. She was predeceased by son, Donald husband of Diana Christ Heins and three brothers, Daniel, Paul, and Charles Schultz.
A graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family.
Arrangements are by the Schumacher & Benner Funeral Home & Crematory, at 359 King St. in Pottstown, PA.
