Antonio Zannella

Rock Hill – Mr. Antonio Zannella, 86, passed away on Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at Piedmont Medical Center.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, February 8, 2022 at St. Anne Catholic Church, with Father Joe Pearce officiating. Entombment will be in Grandview Memorial Park – Cherry Road.
Born in Italy, Mr. Zannella was the son of the late Pasquale Zannella and the late Petronilla DiLollo Zannella. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Anna Maria Zannella; and his sister, Maria Perrella. He enjoyed working in his vegetable garden and playing cards. He was a member of Saint Anne Catholic Church.
Surviving are his daughters, Patricia Zannella of Tuckahoe, NY and Laura DiMaria of Rock Hill, SC; three grandchildren, Christina DiMaria, Marissa DiMaria and Anthony DiMaria; two sisters, Emilia Pisano and Rosa Narducci; and two brothers, Giovanni Zannella and Luigi Zannella.
The family will receive friends from 7:00-9:00 pm on Monday, February 7, 2022 at Greene Funeral Home Northwest Chapel, 2133 Ebenezer Rd, Rock Hill.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Mr. Zannella’s name to Saint Anne Catholic Church, 1694 Bird St., Rock Hill, SC 29730; or to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
