Barbara Ann Brandt

Barbara Ann (Colangelo) Brandt, 74, of Cumberland, MD, passed away Thursday, December 31, 2020, at UPMC Western Maryland.
Born September 21, 1946, in Cumberland, MD. Mrs. Brandt was the daughter of the late Dominick and Lena (DiNicola) Colangelo. She was also preceded in death by her husband: Kenneth “Moe” Brandt, October 13, 2020.
A graduate of Girls Central High School, Barbara’s years of employment included: Old Furnace Restaurant, G.C. Murphy’s, the Shrine Club, Giant Auto Parts, and most recently Advance Auto Parts.
Barbara is survived by her son: Samuel W. Brandt (Shanda Frankfort); her sister: Angeline Morgan (Frank); her brothers: Richard Colangelo (Sheila); Dominic Colangelo (Michele); and Frank Colangelo (Julie), and their families. She also leaves behind her grandchildren: Chance Hughes, Ashley Moreland; and many more extended family and friends; and “The Hood Family.”
A joint inurnment is planned for the weekend of June 11, 2021.
