Barbara Davidheiser

Barbara J. (Mauger) Davidheiser, 78, of Pottstown, widow of Ronald L. Davidheiser, passed away March 31, 2024, at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, after a lingering illness.

A daughter of the late Mildred and Ammon Mauger, also of Pottstown, Barbara was a 1963 graduate of Pottstown Senior High School. She was an accounting clerk for the former Flow Engineering, Flourtown, and was a long-time employee of Ives Equipment, King of Prussia, from where she retired. She was currently a switchboard operator at the Pottstown Hospital. Barbara was a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church, Pottstown. Barbara loved animals, especially her dogs Buddy and Pooh Bear, and she enjoyed gardening and planting flowering trees and bushes to beautify her yard. She and her husband also enjoyed visiting the Lancaster area for its beauty and homestyle dining. They loved Doo-Wop music and went to local concerts where the “Oldies” were featured.

Barbara is survived by her brother, Bernard Mauger (Marie) of Doylestown; her stepdaughter, Julie Booth (Kevin) of Washington, PA; her step-grandchildren, Joshua Willis, Kailey Booth, and Alexis Booth; her step-great-grandson, Carter; her nephew, Kevin Mauger (Danielle) of Lower Gwynedd; her grandnephew, Kyle Mauger (Katy) of Lansdale; and her grandnieces, Madison Mauger of New York City, and Kelsey Mauger of Philadelphia.

Services and inurnment will be private and held at the convenience of the family at Highland Memorial Park, Pottstown.
