Beatrice Kay Tyson, 76, passed away Monday, October 21, 2024, surrounded by her family at her residence. She was born July 17, 1948, in Corning to the late Ernest C. and Bonnie Tilton Glaneman. She worked as a Production Supervisor with Domino’s Commissary and was also employed by Duke & Duchess and American Cabinet.
Kay was a member of the Rock Church of Zanesville, Olive Chapter Eastern Star, Business and Professional Women’s Group, Red Hat Women’s Society, American Legion Post #29, Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie #302 and Moose Lodge #867.
She is survived by her children: Tricia (Bruce) Riddlebarger, Lisa (Rick) Perone, Bonnie (Dave) Burns and Jake (Jennifer) Cole; bonus daughter Misty Cromwell; three sisters: Holly Kyllo, Juanita (Ralph) Burri and Pamela Knapp; grandchildren: Ashley (Tom) Samson, Rickey (Gina) Perone, Nick Spinks, Heather (Murphy) Burns, Amanda (Ryan) Elble, Jordan Perone, Taylor (Kyle) Smith, Carter (Brooke) Cole, Dara Gasineau, Kelsey Cole, Autumn Cromwell and Caleb Cromwell; and great grandchildren: Gauge (Alexis) Samson, Cayden Perone, Caitlynn Perone, Sydney Burns, Maci Burns, Lincoln Burns, Kloe Spinks, Tanner Spinks, RyaJune Hayes, Gabby Elble, Lucas Elble, Carson Perone, Cooper Smith, Sage Smith, Saylor Smith, Jentry Cox and Jaxon Barabasch, and a sister in law Judy Glaneman..
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clata “Big Daddy” Tyson, who passed away September 25, 1996; grandson Jacob Burns; five brothers: Ernest Glaneman, Packy Glaneman, Bill Glaneman, Jim Glaneman and Richard Glaneman; a sister Minnie Bice; and three brothers in law: Dale Bice, Rev. Richard Kyllo and William Knapp.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to Genesis Hospice; Jennifer, Adam and Jason from American Nursing Care; Pam Huhn, Dr. Hernandez and Zanesville Kidney Care Center; Dr. Shelly Dunmyer and staff: Janell Potts, Kara McCoy, Tashia Martin, Sarah Brock and Mary Smith; and the Golden Girls, who visited every Saturday.

Calling hours will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8PM, Wednesday, October 23, 2024, THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME, 1150 WEST MILITARY ROAD, ZANESVILLE. The Eastern Star service will be held at 5:45PM on Wednesday. Funeral services will begin at 11AM Thursday, October 24, in the Snouffer Funeral Home Chapel with Misty Cromwell officiating. Burial will follow in Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery. The Eagle’s Women Auxiliary will host a luncheon following the service, all invited.
