Betty R. Wagner, 91 of Zanesville died at 1:00 PM August 4, 2022 at the Genesis Morrison House Hospice following a short illness.
She was born August 7, 1930 in Toboso, Ohio the daughter of Theodore Clark Sr. and Adah (Fouch) Clark. Betty was always a dedicated family person who worked hard all her life to give her family a better life.
She was a member of First Christian Church, had been employed at Essex Wire in her early years and then later in 1969 worked as Lab Technician for Orthodontics Associates.
She is survived by 3 daughters; Karen (Tim) Wagner Smith of Zanesville, Kris (Sonny) McGaughey of Florida and Kelly (Adam) Clark of Mt. Vernon; 4 grandchildren, Chad (Wendy) Smith, Trella (Justin) Scholl, Karri (Aaron Mirgon) Cronin and Josh (Brian Grainey) Farrar; 8 great grandchildren; 6 great great grandchildren and one on the way; a sister, Marilyn Thorn; a brother, Don Clark. In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her Husband, William "Bill" F. Wagner; 3 brothers, Eugene Fouch, Richard Clark & Theodore Clark Jr. ; a sister, Sondra Allen and a sister-in-law, Helen Clark.
Visitation will be held 5 to 8 PM Sunday, August 7, 2022 at the Bryan & Hardwick Funeral Home with funeral service at 11:00 AM Monday, August 8, 2022 with Rev. Laureen A. Roe officiating. Burial will conclude at the Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery.
