Carol Stoe
April 7, 1956 - August 30, 2024 (Age 68)
Carol M. Stoe, 68, of Leola, was healed and made whole again on August 30, 2024, after a courageous battle with cancer. Born and raised in Lancaster, Carol was the daughter of the late Harry and Mary Hess. She was the loving wife of Clifford Stoe.
In addition to her husband, she was a devoted mother to Shane (Jennifer) Stoe and Michelle (Michael) Hock. She was a proud “Nan” to her four grandchildren: Zach, Jesse, Reese, and Wyatt. Carol also leaves behind her sisters, Peg Gochenaur and Joyce Yost, and a brother, Butch Hess.
Carol loved her job at the Leola Produce Auction and was known for her generosity, kindness, and sense of humor. Those who knew her were truly blessed.
A funeral service celebrating Carol’s life will be at Conestoga Church of the Brethren, 141 E. Main St., Leola, on Saturday, September 7 at 11 am. The family will greet friends and family from 10 to 11 am. Interment will follow at Conestoga Memorial Park.
