Caroline M. Fulmer
September 21, 1944 - August 20, 2025 (Age 80)
Caroline “Tatsy” Fulmer, 80, of Bechtelsville, wife of Lee T. Fulmer for 58 years, passed away peacefully on Wednesday August 20, 2025 after her valiant battle with cancer. Her family was by her side reminiscing of the wonderful life she allowed them with her huge heart, generosity, and openness to allow them to chase their dreams. She is already missed , but her memory will live on in the hearts and minds of all those that loved and were loved by her.
Born in Pottstown, she was the daughter of the late Stephen and Pauline (Boyer) Klaptosky.
Caroline loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed reading, completing crossword puzzles, playing computer games for hours, and going to the beach. Tatsy loved going out to eat with her family and friends.
Surviving along with her husband are her twin sons Jeffrey Fulmer (Alison) and Mark Fulmer (Lorraine); grandchildren Sean and Seth Fulmer (Jeff), Brandon and Evan Fulmer (Mark); brothers Todd Klaptosky and Darin Klaptosky (Sandi); and numerous loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Along with her parents, she was predeceased by her brother Barry Klaptosky.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, August 28, 2025, at 1:00pm at Highland Memorial Park, 701 Farmington Avenue, Pottstown, PA 19464.
