Carolyn S. Warfield, 66, of Zanesville, died at 9:46 A.M. on Thursday, July 8, 2021 at Genesis Hospital, Zanesville. She was born September 2, 1954, in Zanesville, a daughter of the late Raymond E. and Frances (Morrison) Barnhart. She was a lift operator at Dollar General Warehouse and a member of the American Legion. Carolyn loved crafting, sewing, gardening, cooking, and watching the Ohio State Buckeyes and Cleveland Browns with her husband. She also enjoyed Scrabble, cards, Yahtzee, and spending time with her grandkids.
She is survived by her husband, James Warfield whom she married June 17, 1995; a daughter, Christa (Jim) Hess; a son, Shawn Cravenor; two grandchildren, Roman and Grace; a brother, Kenneth (Keri) Barnhart; a sister, Tammy (David) Downey; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Gary Barnhart and Keith Barnhart.
Friends and family may call from 2:00 – 4:00 and 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. on Monday, July 12, 2021 at the BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE where funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Tuesday, July 13, 2021, with Rev. Joseph DiVincenzo officiating. She will be laid to rest at Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery, Zanesville.
