Cecilia Bazela
August 6, 1940 - October 10, 2024 (Age 84)
Cecilia R. (Demko) Bazela, 84, wife of the loving Jesse N. Bazela for 59 years, passed away on October 10, 2024 at her home, surrounded by her family.
She was a daughter of John and Anna (Karabinos) Demko.
She came from a large family and was the youngest of sixteen children. Cecilia loved having all her brothers, sisters and relatives over to her home throughout the years. When everyone would gather, Cecilia would make her great ethnic foods that everyone loved. She also loved spending summers at the shore with her family. Cecilia worked for many years at companies such as Western Electric/AT&T, GlaxoSmithKline and Boscov’s. She continued to work part time after her retirement.
Cecilia had three sons: Jesse J. Bazela (deceased), Michael Bazela and Christian Bazela (deceased). Nothing meant more to her than her children.
Almost everyone she came to know genuinely liked her for her compassion, kindness and generosity. Cecilia was a wonderful person and will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
