Christopher E. Waggoner, 31, of Monongahela, died unexpectedly Thursday, April 3, 2025 in his home. He was born December 3, 1993 in Monongahela, the son of the late Christopher E. and Kathleen Marie Vanpool Waggoner.
Chris was a 2011 graduate of Ringgold High School. He was a very caring person who had a huge heart. He loved animals, being outdoors, gaming and watching cooking shows. He also enjoyed going to the casino and playing poker.
He is survived by his brother, Nicholas Waggoner; uncle and aunt, Jeremy (Amanda) Waggoner of Finleyville, aunt, Christal Konton of Eighty Four; four cousins, Jeremy M. Waggoner of Monongahela, Koren (Marty) Folan and their daughter, Everly, Austin (Alyssa) Waggoner of Monongahela, Cody (Hayley) Waggoner of Belle Vernon.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Gene and Darleen Buckholz Waggoner.
Friends will be received on Wednesday, April 9, 2025 from 12 -2 PM in the Frye Funeral Home, Inc., 427 West Main Street, Monongahela. Graveside services will immediately follow in Mon Valley Memorial Park, Donora with Pastor Martin Folan, Sr. officiating.
