Clara Bell Clyburn
August 25, 1946 - July 19, 2025 (Age 78)
Clara «Bell" Truesdale Clyburn,
peacefully transitioned into eternal rest on Saturday July 19, 2025. She was born on August 25, 1946, in Lancaster, South Carolina to the late Clarence Truesdale St. and the late Ethel Truesdale.
Clara was educated in the Lancaster County School District and amended Lancaster High School. She was a taichful attendee of Mt. Nebo Baptist Church. A dedicated worker, she was employed for many years at Springs Industries and later retired from Ryan's Steakhouse,
Affectionately known as "Bell," Clara was a devoted mother, grandmother, and friend. She truly loved spending time with her family and close friends. Her passions included attending gospel concerts, choir anniversaries, solving crossword puzzles, and watching her favorite television shows-Family Feud and The Price is Right-which brought her much joy.
She leaves to cherish her memory: three sons, Scottie Truesdale of Lancaster, SC, Spencer Truesdale of Rock Hill, SC, and Bradley Clybun of Chapel Hill, NC; one daughter, Cherryie Truesdale Hinton (Calvin) of Rock Hill, SC; one sister, Brenda Waiters of Lancaster, SC; seven grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren; and three great great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two daughters, Marcilla Truesdale and Sharon Truesdale, a sister, Susic Mac Truesdale; and two brothers, Thomas Truesdale and Clarence Truesdale Ir.
Clara "Bell" will be remembered for her warmth. loving spinit, and the joy she brought into the lives of those who knew her.
