Clara P. Manning
July 12, 1933 – March 16, 2026 (Age 92)
Clara Patricia (Pat) Manning, 92, of North Versailles and, most recently of Bridgeville, passed away peacefully, on Monday, March 16, 2026, at the St. Clair Hospital, Pittsburgh.
She was born July 12, 1933, in Barnesboro, daughter of the late Angelo and Clara Cavoto.
Pat was a 1951 graduate of Turtle Creek High School, and in 1954, she graduated from the West Penn Hospital School of Nursing as a Registered Nurse. Following graduation, she worked for several doctors in the Monroeville area. Later in life, she worked as a bookkeeper for Carl’s Car Washes in Irwin.
On July 26, 1955, she married William J. Manning, Jr., who died August 28, 2019.
Surviving are two daughters, Lisa Manning and her husband Patrick Pecora of McMurray, and Karen Manning of McKeesport; and a son, Greig Manning of New Kensington. In addition to her parents, a brother, Allyn E. Cavoto, is deceased.
Mrs. Manning was a member of the First Baptist Church in Pitcairn, where she served as a Sunday school teacher.
Pat enjoyed spending time with her family and reading a good book. She also volunteered at the North Versailles Public Library.
Private interment will take place in Penn Lincoln Memorial Park, Irwin. A memorial service to celebrate Pat’s life will be held at a time and date to be announced.
