Clifford Rearick
November 25, 1938 - July 16, 2024 (Age 85)
Clifford B. Rearick, 85, of Salem Township, passed away on Tuesday, July 16, 2024 in Latrobe Area Hospital.
Born November 25, 1938 in Kiski Township, he was a son of the late Blair & Emily (Scott) Rearick.
Cliff worked for Pittsburgh Testing Laboratories from 1968-74 before moving into construction, where he worked for Patwell Homes and Bastian Homes. Cliff built 1500 homes during his career.
He enjoyed building model trains, and liked building and operating radio control airplanes. Cliff also enjoyed hunting, boating on his Cabin Cruiser Party and water skiing, playing guitar, and drag racing Corvettes.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara A. (Gamble) Rearick, who passed away on November 6, 2011; and his brother, Robert Rearick.
Cliff is survived by his brother, Harold W. (Bonita) Rearick of Leechburg; sisters, Judy A. Shirley of Vandergrift, Connie J. Dunmire of Apollo; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received in the Curran-Shaffer Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 100 Owens View Ave., Apollo, on Monday, July 22, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service at 12:00 p.m. in the funeral home with Reverend James Tracy officiating. Private interment in Westmoreland County Memorial Park, Greensburg.
