Corrinna M. Winter 82, of Bedford, died Friday, June 17, 2022 at UPMC Mercy Hospital. She was born on October 29, 1939 in Stroudsburg, a daughter of the late Harry Ibarra and Ella (Woolbert) Ibarra-Cowling. On May 14, 1972 in Queens, NY she married Brendan T. Winter, who preceded her in death on April 1, 2022. She is survived by the following siblings: Ramon “Bud” Ibarra and wife Sandra, of Everett, Ron Ibarra and wife Sharon, of Greenville, SC, Edmund Ibarra and wife Helen, of Buffalo Mills, Rita Ibarra widow of Richard Walter, of Bedford, and Vicky Ranker and husband Gary, of Buffalo Mills; a nephew Robert Winter, of Florida, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by three sisters: Ruth Whetstone, Cheryl Claar, and Sonia Ruppel; a step-mother Mary Jane Ibarra, and a step-father Charles Cowling.
Corrinna was a partner in Tranquility Travel, and also worked for Ford Instrument and Agora Industries. She was a member of the Bedford American Legion Post #113, Bedford Elks Lodge #1707, the NRA, and the Bedford County Sportsman’s Club. She enjoyed playing golf, and target practice.
Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements by the Timothy A. Berkebile Funeral Home, in Bedford.
