Dale Allen Rotruck

Dale Allen Rotruck, 56, of Cresaptown, died November 5, 2021 after a long battle with colorectal cancer.
Born June 10, 1965 in Cumberland, he is the son of Charlotte Brinsfield and husband Brian, and the late Donald Thomas Rotruck.
He was also preceded in death by his grandfather, Robert Crites.
In addition to his mother, Dale is survived by his sisters, Tricia Plummer and significant other, Dave Lauder, and Erica Alkire and husband Zack; niece, Paige Plummer, nephew, Ellis Jay Alkire; grandmother, Marjorie Crites; uncle, Robert W. Crites and wife Kristy; and, special aunt, Patricia Beal. He also loved his dog, Paxton.
Dale was a graduate of Allegany High School.
He had been the Parts Manager for Hoffman Chevrolet in Hagerstown, MD.
Dale enjoyed watching “Outlaws.” He was an avid fan of dirt track car races.
The Upchurch Funeral Home, P.A., Cumberland, is assisting the family with the private arrangements.
