David L. Angelo
June 28, 1956 - October 19, 2021 (Age 65)
David Lynn Angelo, 65 of Zanesville, passed away on October 19, 2021 at Genesis Hospital.
He was born on June 28, 1956, son of the late Felix F. Angelo Sr. and Margarette Balog Angelo. Dave worked at the Longaberger Basket Company for over 20 years. He was a member of Central Trinity United Methodist Church and also a member of the Muskingum Lodge #368. Dave was an avid football fan, always sporting his Cincinnati Bengals and Ohio State Buckeyes.
He is survived by his son, David Angelo; brothers, Felix (Bonnie) Angelo Jr., sister, Sue (Ron) Holstien; nephews Bill (Angel) Edgell, Gerry (Connie) Edgell; brother-in-laws, Gene Edgell, Jack (Dawn) Smith; sister-in-law, Sherry Angelo; grandchild, Alice; special friend, Jeff Wheeler; special nephew and hunting buddy, Josh Edgell; good friend, Linda Taylor; several nieces & nephews; several great-nieces and nephews; several great-great nieces and nehphews; and special dogs, Molly and Bear.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Shanda Angelo; brothers, Jim (Debbie) Angelo, John (Linda) Angelo, Jerry Angelo; and sister, Elaine Edgell.
Calling hours will be held on October 23, 2021 from 12:00 PM- 3:00 PM at DeLong-Baker & Lanning Funeral Home. Services will be held at 3:00 PM. Burial will be held at a later date.
DeLong-Baker & Lanning Funeral Home will be assisting the Angelo family at this time.
