Deborah Toney Latsko
June 3, 1956 – July 5, 2026 (Age 70)
Of North Versailles, age 70, passed away on Sunday, July 5, 2026, after a fearless fight with cancer.
Debbie was the beloved and devoted wife of Stephen D. “Chook” Latsko for over 30 years.
She was the sister of John (Patricia) Toney of Ross Twp.
Debbie is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Debbie was a 1974 graduate of General Braddock High School. She spent over 20 years as a dedicated employee of Thermal Industries in Murrysville. In her spare time, she served the public as a bartender at the former Jack and Denny’s Tavern in East Pittsburgh and with The Terrace Lounge at the same location.
Debbie found peace and enjoyed the challenge of many arts and crafts projects as well as taking time to relax at a good bingo game.
She performed her civic duty in her community as a volunteer and board member of the North Versailles Democratic Committee.
Debbie will also be remembered and admired for the valiant 8-year effort she delivered to defeat the cancer with which she was afflicted.
Friends are welcome on Friday from 4-8pm at Patrick T. Lanigan Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 700 Linden Ave. at Cable, East Pittsburgh, PA 15112, (412) 824-8800 where a Blessing service will be held on Saturday at 11 a.m.
Debbie will be laid to rest at the Penn Lincoln Cemetery Mausoleum.
