Dennis C. Scott

Dennis Clark Scott, 74, a lifelong resident of the New Albany area, passed away Tuesday, September 7, 2021. He was born December 21, 1946 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Dorothy and Patrick Scott. Dennis was a graduate of the New Albany class of 1965. He was a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corp, and served his country during the Vietnam War. Dennis is survived by his beloved wife of 53 years, Elena Scott; siblings, Pat (Linda) Scott and Rhonda Musgrave; brother-in-law, Ben (Melody) Atwood; nieces and nephews, Dennis (Tammy Sparks) Musgrave and their children Jorgia and Daniel, Christy (Daniel Bailey) Musgrave and their children Cadence and Brianna, Angela (Nick) Scowden and their children Alexis and Cassidy, Nikki (Jon) Adams and their children Addison and Liam, Amy (Jason) Shope and their children Blake and Kelsey, Scot (Kris) Moss, Emily (Paul) Gifford and their children Annelise and Gwen, and Mandie (Tony) Hoover and their children Owen and Noah. Family and friends may call from 11am-1pm Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at Crouse-Kauber-Fraley Funeral Home 225 N. Main St. Johnstown, Ohio 43031. A service will begin at 1pm at the funeral home, with an internment service to follow at North Lawn Memory Gardens.
