Dianna Lee Patton
September 18, 1952 - September 14, 2024 (Age 71)
Dianna Lee Patton, 71, of Lancaster, a beloved mother, sister, and Nanny passed away after courageously battling acute myeloid leukemia on Saturday, September 14, 2024. Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late Melvin Norman and Ailine Noblin (Adkins) Patton.
Dianna was a graduate of Manheim Township High School and worked for Lancaster General Hospital as a Nurses Aide Unit Secretary for 46 years. She was an exemplary and dedicated employee. After retirement, she dedicated her life to caring for others including taking care of her father and selflessly helping her daughter care for her family that is battling Huntington's disease. She was cherished by her grandchildren.
Dianna loved attending local yard sales and thrift stores. She enjoyed smooth jazz music, dancing, decorating her home for the seasons, and being outside in nature, the beach, the Blue Angels, her flower garden and her loving cat Reggie.
She is survived by her daughter, Melissa Walschburger (Michael), East Petersburg, her grandchildren: Evan and Ava, her sisters, Joyce (Ron) Benedict, Lititz and Patty Sigman, New Providence.
She will forever be missed and remembered by those who loved her.
A Private Graveside Service will be held at Riverview Burial Park to honor her life.
