Born April 20, 1947, in Cumberland, MD, she was the daughter of the late Charlotte and Bruce Swan.
Donna was a graduate of Fort Hill High School, class of 1965. She was employed at Celanese Fibers.
Donna is survived by her husband, Samuel F. Bailey, Jr., her daughter, Vicki Hoover and husband, Rick, her
grandchildren: Grant Hoover and Clay Hoover; one sister, Bonnie Bishop and several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received at Adams Family Funeral Home, P.A., 404 Decatur Street, Cumberland, MD (www.AdamsFamilyFuneralhome.com) on Monday, April 25, 2022, from 12:00 P.M. to 1:00 P.M.
A funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home on Monday, April 25, 2022 at 1:00 P.M. with Reverend Bernadette Ross officiating.
Interment will be at Rest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
