Eleanore dedicated many years to her work, but her 16 years as Volunteer Coordinator at Advent Christian Village in Dowling Park, Florida, is what truly defined her legacy. There, she touched countless lives and formed lifelong friendships. She found joy in her family, friends, sewing, crocheting, gardening, baking, traveling, sitting on Ocean City, NJ beach for hours and her unwavering faith in God.
The family extends heartfelt gratitude to the staff of the Good Samaritan Center, Community Hospice, and Dacier Manor of Dowling Park for their compassionate care during Eleanore’s final days.
Eleanore’s life was guided by her favorite scripture:
“God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in times of trouble. Therefore, we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the sea.” — Psalm 46:1-2
Through life’s challenges, Eleanore drew strength from her faith, trusting God as her source of security and peace.
