Elizabeth Ann Schaffer, 48, of Greensburg, PA, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at Westmoreland Manor in Greensburg, PA. She was born October 24, 1973 in Jeannette, PA. Daughter of the late Frederick H. and Gloria Rose (Ripani) Schaffer. She graduated from WIU (Westmoreland Intermediate Unit) Class of 1994. Liz loved a variety of music, especially Christmas music, and had a large collection of CDs of various artists. She enjoyed cooking and eating delicious food, including Jioio’s pizza. Liz enjoyed going on shopping outings with her friends, going for walks, doing latch work and spending time in the chapel at Westmoreland Manor. She was a firecracker and had a big personality. Liz loved her siblings but had a special relationship with her sister Linda; spending many enjoyable times together. She is preceded in death by both parents, sisters - Linda Patsche and Vivian Anthony, brother-in-law - Dennis (Rock Owl) Anthony and great nephew – Antoine (Tuggy) Baker. She is survived by sisters – Vickie Sutton and husband Thomas of West Newton, PA and Annie Levergood and husband Ron of Silver Springs, MD, brother – James J. Schaffer of Park Meadows, PA, brother-in-law – Robert Patsche of Keystone, PA, nieces – Kathleen Feltes and husband Bill of Herminie, PA, Daric Anthony of White Oak, PA, Crystle McCrory and husband Jesse of Jeannette, PA, Amanda Crawford and husband Rashad of Germantown, MD, Ronald (Buddy) Levergood of Silver Springs, MD and Heather Sutton of West Newton, PA and numerous great nieces and great nephews. Beatty-Rich Funeral Home, Inc. Rt 136 Madison, PA in charge of arrangements. – Ronald A. Rich Jr., Supervisor/FD. A private graveside service will be held at a later date yet to be announced. The family would like to thank Westmoreland manor and Heartland Hospice for all the love and compassionate care given to Elizabeth through out the years.
