Elsie L. Rodgers

Elsie Lorraine Rodgers passed away peacefully at home at 77 years of age. She was a graduate of Norwin Sr. High School Class of 1966. She was preceded in death by husband Thomas R. Rodgers and daughter Sherry L. Rodgers. She is survived by son, Eric T. Rodgers.
Two grandchildren, Leah Patterson, husband Jimmy Patterson, and Chase Cole, wife Tedi Cole.
Five great-grandchildren: Scarlett Rose Cole, Oaklynn Mae Cole, Layla Grace Patterson,
Josephine Wren Cole and Sadie Noelle Patterson. A brother, Merle H. Barbour, wife, Margie
Barbour. A sister, Karen L. Barbour. And four nephews. She worked at Robertshaw Thermostatic Plant in New Stanton, PA, until 2000. She worked as a lab technician at Lens Crafters in Monroeville, PA, where she retired in 2013.
Family & friends will be received on Thursday, February 26, 2026, from 10 AM until the time of service at 12 Noon in the Ott Funeral Home, Inc., 805 Pennsylvania Ave, Irwin, pa
15642. Burial will follow at Penn Lincoln Memorial Park.
