Emmett G. McArdle

Emmett G. McArdle, 84, of North Huntingdon, died Monday, April 27, 2026. He was born January 12, 1942, in Greensburg, a son of the late George and Ethel (Cale) McArdle. Emmett was an owner/operator trucker, a NASCAR fan, enjoyed boating on Cheat Lake, and the Florida sunshine. He was preceded in death by his wife, Donna, and a brother, Thomas McArdle. He is survived by his children, Michelle (Scott) Grubbs, Mark McArdle, and Vincent (Donna) McArdle; his grandchildren Matthew, Morgan, Ashley, Summer Rae, Brandon, Nicole, and William; his sisters Ethel Kitchel, Marion Farrelly, and Mary Pat Lee; nieces and nephews; and his caregiver, Kathy Iwinski. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, April 30, at the William Snyder Funeral Home, 521 Main St., Irwin. A Blessing service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, May 1, in the funeral home with interment following in Penn Lincoln Memorial Park.
