Frank Lopuch Sr.

Frank C Lopuch Sr, 92, of Ruffs Dale, passed away on Wednesday January 15, 2025. He was born on January 5, 1933, in Luxor, the son of the late Frank and Margaret (Kohlar) Lopuch. Frank was a proud Navy veteran having served in the Korean War. Prior to retirement he worked as a computer technician for Shiloh Service. Frank loved to be outdoors. He enjoyed gardening in his backyard, going hunting, fishing and going to his beloved camp in Kane, Pa. where he would play poker for hours. Frank also loved going on his fishing trips to the Delaware beach. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife, Judith (Roberts) Lopuch; his brothers, Steve Lopuch and Joseph Lopuch; his sister Betty Clawson and his nephews, Joseph Lopuch Jr and David Clawson. Frank is survived by his children, Cynthia L. Lopuch, of Ruffs Dale and Frank Lopuch Jr, and his wife, Sonya, of Dawson. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Michael Lopuch, of Greensburg and Jessica Lopuch of Pittsburgh, and a number of nieces and nephews. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Sunday, January 19, from 4-7 PM in the C. Richard McCauley Funeral Home Inc. 101 S 4th Street, Youngwood. A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 20, at 1:30 PM in the funeral home. Interment will follow in the Westmoreland County Memorial Park, Greensburg. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the American Lyme Disease Foundation
