Franklin G. Uhall

Franklin G. Uhall, 76, of Jeannette passed away peacefully Wednesday, April 21, 2021. He was born December 18, 1944 in Brownsville, a son of the late Stephen and Margaret (Parrella) Uhall. He was a US Navy veteran. Prior to retirement he worked at Elliott Company.He was an avid gardener who spent hours tending to his award winning zucchini and tomatoes.He also loved spending time with his beloved grandchildren. He enjoyed taking them to every park in the neighborhood.He was a member of American Legion Post #344 of Jeannette, Citizens Club, Italian Club, Elias Golf League and Italian Club Bocce League. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Marcia A. Frye Uhall. He is survived by two children, Brian Frye and his wife Kim of Hempfield Twp. and Christine Lichius and her husband Bryan of North Huntingdon, three grandchildren, Niko Braedyn Frye, Abriella Marie Lichius and Bryanna Eve Lichius, a brother, Stephen Paul Uhall and his wife Ramona and a nephew Michael Uhall all of CA and caretaker and sister, Christine "Dina" Uhall of Jeannette, and a number of nieces and nephews and cousins. Services will be private and will be held on Wednesday April 28,2021.
