Fung Ying Ho Ng “Kitty” 63, passed away February 6, 2025 in Charlotte, NC.She was born in Hong Kong on February 25, 1961 to Ho Zi and Chen Yue Hung. She was married to her husband Kwok Shing for 40 years and they built a successful restaurant together.Kitty loved her grandkids, her family and enjoyed good meals together. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother with kindness, compassion, integrity and generosity. She was an honest and loyal person that showed love in her own way.Kitty is survived by her husband Kwok Shing, her children; Ka Fai and Ka Man and her grandchild Jayden.The funeral service will be held Monday February 17, 2025, the family will receive friends at 10:00 AM with the funeral service to follow at 11:00 AM at Heritage Funeral Home, 3700 Forest Lawn Drive Matthews, NC 28104.
