Gene C. Mathias, age 73, of North Huntingdon Twp., died on Monday, October 20, 2025. He was born on August 18, 1952 in Pittsburgh, and was a son of the late Raymond David and Irene (Baker) Mathias. Gene is survived by his brother, David N. (Joann) Mathias of Georgia; his sister, Deborah A. (Stanley) Gombach of McCullough; and also survived by five nieces and a nephew.
Gene was proud of his military service in the US Navy during the Vietnam war, and was a longtime vendor at L&L Fleatique in Adamsburg.
There are no public services. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
