George Radvansky

May 21, 1941 - September 19, 2024 (Age 83)

George "Mike" Radvansky, 83, of Bethel Park,( formerly of Fallowfield Twp.) passed away on Thursday September 19, 2024 in his home. Born May 21, 1941, in Low Hill, PA, he was the son of the late William and Anna (Buris) Radvansky. Mike served in the U.S. Army, serving three tours of duty during the Vietnam war and retired after having twenty years of service with the Army. After returning home Mike had multiple careers before his final retirement. He was a member of the Waterdam Church, in Canonsburg and enjoyed building model cars in his spare time. Surviving is a son, Randy Jenion and wife Debby of Charleroi; two daughters Sherri Stablein of Peters Township and Crissy Bilsky and husband Eric of Bethel Park; fourteen grandchildren Christopher Lee and wife Stephanie, Brandy (Marty) Antonucci Shannon Sheppick and husband Richard, Matthew and Sarah Stablein, Shyla and Joseph Bradshaw, Eliana, Amaris, Lael, Annelyse, Ceanna and Katriel and Isaias Bilsky; seven great grandchildren Cara antonucci , Jaidyn Lee, Richard Sheppick III, Martin Antonucci, Luke Sheppick, Jacob Lee and Zoey Bradshaw, a son in law Duane Huber of Bentleyville and also by a niece Renee Thorne and husband Dave. He was preceded in death by his wife Ida (Morris) Radvansky who died April 27, 2017; a daughter Lori Huber who died November 2022 and a grandson James Michael Lee. Friends will be received at the Marshall Marra Funeral Home, 216 Chess St., Monongahela, 724-258-6767, on Monday September 23, 2024 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm, with a funeral service on Tuesday starting at 11am with Rev. Jack Wilson officiating. Interment will be held in the Mon Valley Memorial Park, Carroll Twp with military honors conducted by the Mon-Valley Honor Guard and Firing Squad and Army Funeral Detail.
