George Thomas Hudock Jr.

September 6, 1942 - March 8, 2025 (Age 82)

George Thomas "Tom" Hudock Jr. 82 of Jeannette went home to be with his Lord and Savior Saturday March 8, 2025 at home surrounded by family. He was born September 6, 1942 in Greensburg a son of the late George Thomas Hudock Sr. and Mildred (Fink) Hudock. Prior to retirement he was employed by Westinghouse and he was a veteran of the US Army. He was a member of Word of Life Church, where he enjoyed being in the Passion Play, Youngwood Sportsman's and Arlington Sportsman's. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister Debby Loughner. He is survived by his wife Sandra "Sandy" (Salamone) Hudock, children Kelly Miceli and her husband Rob, Keith Hudock and his wife Katie, Ron Kottelich, Tony Kottelich and his wife Stephanie and Tricia Worley, ten grandchildren Chaz and Joey Miceli, Nathan, Garrett and Kenzie Hudock, Mikaela, Noah and Jonah Kottelich and Abigal and Chelsea Worley, a sister Patricia "Patty" Barnes, a sister in law and brother in law Sheri and Mike Rolain and numerous nieces and nephews. Tom was an avid outdoorsman. He loved deer hunting and fishing with family and friends. Tom was at his happiest being with Sandy at their happy place "Hudy's Hut". Tom took great pride in "Hudy's Hut". He loved mountain pies, floating the Clarion River and enjoying time with his summer friends watching the deer, turkey, bears and gray fox out the window at the feeder. Sandy lost her best friend and camping buddy. He will be missed beyond measure. 42 years wasn't long enough. The family would like to thank James Queer for the time he spent with Tom over the past months. Friends will be received in the Mason-Gelder Funeral Home Inc. 201 N. First St. Jeannette Thursday from 11:00 AM till time of service at 1:00 PM with Pastor Sheldon Moore officiating. Entombment with military rites will follow in Westmoreland County Memorial Park.
