Geraldine M. "Gerry" Rutledge, 86, of Zanesville, passed away at 7:30 a.m. Thur. Feb. 10, 2022 at The Oaks at Northpointe. She was born on April 2, 1935 in Hopewell, a daughter of the late Homer and Violet (Hutt) Norman. She had formerly been employed at Standard Oil and later was a legal secretary for John Graham. She is survived by two step-daughters Nancy (Dick) Weller and Carolyn (Ron) Frash. Two nephews Phil Dodson and Greg (Deb) Dodson. Great nieces and nephews Kyle (Tessi) Dodson, Kaden Dodson, Kendyl (Adam) Nelson, Zoe Dodson, Drew Dodson, Stephanie (Blair) Barclay. Great-great nieces and nephews Klayre, Kason, and Kora Dodson; Ayla Tilton and Gage Rollins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Allan "Skinny" Rutledge. Two sisters Maxine Dodson and Norma Jean Dodson. Friends may call from 11:00 a.m. -1:00 p.m. Mon. Feb. 14, 2022 at William Thompson & Son Funeral Home 5765 Gladstone Drive White Cottage where funeral services will follow at 1:00 p.m. Rev. Bill Meaige officiating. Burial will be in Zanesville Memorial Park.
