March 28, 1933 - December 7, 2022 (Age 89)

Glenn M. Kline, Sr., 89, of Penn Township, passed away peacefully Wednesday, December 7, 2022, surrounded by his loving family. He was born March 28, 1933, in Millvale, to the late Stephen and Alma (Engelsiepen) Kline. Glenn was a Corporal in the Army during the Korean Conflict and was a faithful parishioner of St. Barbara Catholic Church for over 50 years. He loved cooking, fishing, hunting, camping and spending time with his grandchildren. He also loved watching hockey, football and baseball. He was a loving, kind, generous and faithful man who was always willing to help others. He was a beloved and proud husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and best friend. He loved spending time with his children and their families. Glenn is survived by his beloved spouse of 57 happy years, Nancy J. (James) Kline; children, Glenn M. (Denise) Kline, Jr., Aaron D. (Amy) Kline, Eric M. (Amber) Kline and Rebecca S. (Chaz) Henderson; grandchildren, Danielle R. Kline, Brianna N. Kline, Matthew A. Kline, Alyssa L. Kline, Ashley R. Kline, Autumn M. Kline, Isabella G. Henderson, Hannah J. Henderson and Sarah J. Henderson; siblings, Sister Marlene Kline, Steve (Beth) Kline, James Kline and Loraine (Ray) Greco; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Elma Jean (Richard) Bronner. Friends will be received from 1 - 3 and 5 - 7 PM Sunday at Lindsay-Jobe Funeral Home, Inc., 3343 Route 130, Harrison City, 724-744-2721. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 1:30 PM Monday at St. Barbara Catholic Church, Harrison City, PA, with Father Michael P. Sikon, officiating. Burial will follow at Westmoreland County Memorial Park.
