Gloria Myers

Gloria N. Myers, 93, of Penn Township, died Thursday, June 6, 2024, at home. She was born March 22, 1931, in Jeannette, a daughter of the late John J. and Margaret A. (Miller) Kidd Sr. She was a member of St. John’s Harrold Reformed United Church of Christ in Greensburg. She enjoyed spending time with family, gardening, cooking, and taking care of her cats.
Gloria is survived by her son Robert P. and wife Lori A. (Strole) Myers of Penn Township; granddaughter Lydia E. Greenberg and her husband Marcus of Greensburg; and step-granddaughters Judy and Robin Chambers of Indianapolis, Indiana.
In addition to her parents, Gloria was predeceased by her husband Paul M. Myers; brothers, John J. Kidd, Jr., and Robert D. Kidd; and her sister Lois Britt.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of Heritage Hospice for their care and concern for Gloria.
Family and friends will be received from 4 to 7pm Tuesday, June 11th, in the John V. Graziano Funeral Home Inc., 228 North 2nd St. Jeannette. Gloria’s funeral service will immediately follow in the funeral home chapel with Chaplain Billie Harlan officiating. Private interment will take place in the Jeannette Memorial Park, Penn Township. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. John’s Harrold Reformed United Church of Christ, or to an animal shelter of your choice.
