Gregory T. Winkles

Gregory T. Winkles, Age 62, of Wexford, entered the kingdom of heaven suddenly on Monday, July 12, 2021. Greg was a deeply loving and caring father, husband, and son. He was kindhearted and a friend to many. All who knew Greg benefitted from his generosity with his time, smile, and the natural tendency to put others before himself. He was a graduate of East Allegheny High School and Penn State University and was an avid Pittsburgh Sports Fan. He had a successful career and enjoyed working with his long-time friend Mario. Greg was the son of Janice and the Late James Winkles. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife of over 31 years, Cynthia (Carr) Winkles; his daughter Alexis Winkles and boyfriend Sean Kalmeyer; his sister Lori Zapf and niece Rachel; his mother-in-law Barbara Carr and Paul Coco, his brother-in-law, Robert Carr, wife, Jennifer, nephews Noah and Bailey; his favorite dog Chase and many cousins, close family friends, and extended family. Friends and family will be received on Friday from noon till time of funeral service at 3 p.m. at the Forgie-Snyder Funeral Home, 1032 Broadway, East McKeesport, 412-823-8083. Entombment will follow at Penn Lincoln Memorial Park in North Huntingdon Twp.
