Harry E. Johnson

Harry E. Johnson, 89, of Lititz, PA, formerly of Greensburg, died Monday, November 27, 2023, in Pleasant View Nursing Home, Manheim, PA. He was born in Greensburg, a son of the late Eugene and Sarah (Dick) Johnson. Harry formerly worked as a Taxi Driver for Green Cab Co. in Greensburg and then retired from Wilbur Chocolate Factory in Lititz. He was a member of Lititz Church of the Brethren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Donna J. (Burk) Johnson; second wife, Donna L. (McEllhenney) Johnson; and a son, Michael S. Johnson. He is survived by his son, Harry E. Johnson, Jr.; daughter, Pamela Buckwalter (Jere); four grandchildren; six great- grandchildren; a sister, Jean Johnson Olsen; three stepchildren, Paula Sweigart (Larry), Patty Buzzard (Robert), and Eddie Wanamaker (Ginny); five step grandchildren; and several step great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Friends will be received from 5 to 7 PM Thursday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg. A funeral service will be celebrated Friday at 11 AM in the funeral home with The Rev. Jason Schweinberg officiating. Interment will follow in Westmoreland County Memorial Park.
