Helen Buccini

Helen A. Buccini, age 93, of McKeesport, died December 27, 2024, at LGAR Health & Rehabilitation Center of Turtle Creek. Born December 20, 1931, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late Carmen and Giovanna (Trasatti) Marchetti and the devoted wife of 67 years to the late Ernest F. Buccini.
Helen worked several years as a Prudential Insurance senior clerk and a travel counselor for the American Automobile Association (AAA). She was a member of Saints Joachim and Anne Parish and attended St. Eugene Church of Liberty Borough.
Helen is survived by her sisters, Loretta M. (Gil) Pastor and Aurora (the late John) Barretta; brothers, Roger J. (Marian) Marchetti and Frank J. Marchetti; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by a brother, Carmen J. Marchetti.
Family and friends will be received at Willig Funeral Home & Crematory on Saturday, January 4, 2025, from 9:15 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at Saints Joachim and Anne Parish, St. Eugene Church. Entombment will follow at Penn Lincoln Memorial Park.
