Iris Sharon Musselwhite
October 30, 1947 - February 2, 2025 (Age 77)
Iris “Sharon” (O’Baker) Musselwhite, 77, of LaVale, passed away on Sunday, February 2, 2025, at Peace Healthcare at Dennett Road Manor.
Born October 30, 1947, in Cumberland, MD, she was the daughter of the late Alfred F. and Dorothy M. (Dunn) O’Baker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 13 siblings.
Sharon was a 1965 graduate of Allegany High School. She worked at Kelly Springfield Tire and was a stay-at-home mom. She loved the friends she made while working in the Mail Room in LaVale.
Sharon enjoyed teaching Sunday school at Grace Brethren Church where she was a member. She loved all animals, especially her pets and grand-dogs.
Sharon is survived by her sons, Roy Musselwhite and wife, Julia and Joshua Musselwhite and wife, Marisa and her very special friends, Pam, Esther and JoAnne.
Friends will be received at the Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A., 15205 McMullen Highway SW, Cresaptown on Friday, February 7, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. A funeral service will immediately follow at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Floyd Bender officiating.
Interment will be in Restlawn Memorial Gardens alongside her mother.
