James "Jim" Ronald Stilwell
July 16, 1951 - July 13, 2021 (Age 69)
James “Jim” Stilwell, 69, passed away unexpectedly on July 4, 2021 at his home in Flagler Beach, FL. In recent years, Jim battled a serious medical issue and faced it with great strength and courage.
Jim was born July 16, 1951 in Zanesville to the late Dale and Verna Stilwell.
His friends and family will remember Jim for his adventurous spirit, his love of racing, his outgoing personality and his willingness to help others, particularly his mother in her later years. He held a lifelong passion for racing and in his younger years ran the motocross circuit winning many trophies.
Jim was an animal lover, particularly his basset hounds, Diesel and Moca and more recently, Otis. He also had numerous cats and his “Eagle Cam” was always on.
He is survived by his son, Travis (Chelsea) Stilwell of Zanesville; two daughters, Lindsey (Kyle) Peltier of Marion, OH and Abbey Beach of Evergreen, CO; a brother Jack Stilwell of Zanesville; a sister, Judi Martino of California; four grandchildren, Carter and Cori Ferguson and Arbor and Oakley Beach; a nephew, Jeffrey Stilwell; a niece, Alison Martino; many cousins; and special friend, Kathy Bray.
In addition to his parents, Jim was preceded in death by a niece, Jacqui Stilwell.
Jim left this world too early but he will always remain forever in our hearts.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. on Friday, July 16, 2021 at the Bryan & Hardwick funeral Home with funeral service to follow at 2:00 P.m.
