James Boyd Sherrin
October 7, 1956 - February 2, 2023 (Age 66)
James Boyd Sherrin, 66, went home to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on February 2, 2023. James was born October 7, 1956 in Charlotte, North Carolina to the late John Boyd Sherrin and Peggy Lee Horne Sherrin.
He is survived by his three children: Melinda Sherrin, Jennifer Williams and husband Paul, and James Sherrin, Jr.; and grand-daughter Kaela Talbert. He was preceded in death by his parents, and his wife of 40 beautiful years, Debra Oliver Sherrin who passed in 2015.
James was a painter by trade and enjoyed classic cars, fishing, and going to the beach. He will be remembered by his loved ones as the best dad, granddad, and friend who was loving, honest, trustworthy and someone that would help anyone who asked.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, February 7, 2023 at 1:00 P.M. at Sunset Memory Gardens with Whistle Burrows officiating.
