James Howard Frazier

James Howard Frazier, 80, of Cumberland, died July 30, 2021 at UMPC-Western Maryland.

Born November 24, 1940 in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Edgar and Edna (Corder) Frazier.

For 25 years, James had worked with Goodwill Industries. He duties included housekeeping, assembly work, and community service activities.

He will be lovingly remembered by his friends at Unified Community Connections.

Friends will be received at the Upchurch Funeral Home, P.A., Cumberland, on Wednesday, August 4, 2021 from 11 AM until 1 PM.

A Celebration of Life service will be follow at 1 PM.

Interment will be in Restlawn Memorial Gardens.
