Janet M. Maldonado
April 4, 1951 - October 25, 2023 (Age 72)
Janet (Valentine) Maldonado,72, wife of Virgilio Maldonado, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 at the Reading Hospital.
She was a daughter of the late Charles and Dorothy (Wentzel) Valentine.
Janet loved nothing more then spending time with her children, grandchildren, family and friends. She enjoyed cooking and making her signature dish, stuffed cabbage. Janet like doing word searches, crossword puzzles, traveling, especially to Vermont and Maine.
Along with her husband, Janet leaves behind her memories to be cherished by his children, Brian Lukehart and Chad Fox, siblings; Carol Vanderslice, Charles Valentine Jr., Joe Valentine and Janice Frieman, step-daughters Lisa Strenkoski and Christina Pere grandchildren; from Kansas, Keeton Fox, Ava Fox, from Vermont, Linden Fox, Lawrence Fox. five step grandchildren and many step-sisters and step-brothers.
She is predeceased by siblings; Darlene Wade, Donald Valentine, Evelyn Uphold and Bonnie Lukehart.

A public viewing will be held on Wednesday, November 8, 2023 from 10 a.m. till 11 a.m. at Warker~Troutman Funeral Home inc, Pottstown. A service will follow promptly at 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Park Cemetery.
