JoAnn Moore
December 15, 1937 - April 21, 2025 (Age 87)
JoAnn Williams Moore passed away on April 21st, 2025. She was the daughter of Paul and Thelma Norris and graduated from Zanesville High School in 1957.
She was preceded in death by her spouse of 38 years, Jack B. Williams, and her parents, Paul and Thelma Norris. JoAnn is survived by her four sons and daughters in law and nine grandchildren: Michael and Connie Williams (Jessica and Timothy), Mark Williams (Haley) and Lori Browning, Wade(Karlee and Zach) and Kathleen Williams, Jay and Julie Williams (Courtney and Ashley) and step-son Richard E. Moore and Sarina(Sierra and Logan).
JoAnn worked at Lucent Technology for 30 years, where she met her spouse of 30 years, Richard Moore. She was very proud of her four sons and always enjoyed time with her family. JoAnn loved doing arts and crafts and ceramics. She and Richard enjoyed traveling, spending time at the casinos and playing the slot machines!!
She also enjoyed her new puppy Josie (named after what her dad used to call her) which she loved very much.
A visitation for JoAnn will be held Friday, May 2, 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Schoedinger Margarum Northeast, 1051 E Johnstown Road, Gahanna, OH 43230. Following the visitation will be a graveside service at 2:00 PM at Zanesville Memorial Park, 1475 Military Rd, Zanesville, OH 43701.
