Rock Hill – Mr. Joe Dean Price, Sr., 88, passed away on Monday, November 21, 2022 at White Oak Manor – Rock Hill.
The funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, November 25, 2022 at Epiphany Lutheran Church, with Rev. Ken Gillikin and Jeff Craig officiating. Burial will be in Grandview Memorial Park – Cherry Road. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 9:30 am-10:30 am.
Born in Chesnee, SC, Mr. Price was the son of the late Floyd Price and the late Fannie Randolph Price. He was also preceded in death by his wives, Shirley Ann Price and Carolyn Plyler Price; and four siblings. He enjoyed flea markets and thrift stores and loved watching Carolina Gamecocks football and Atlanta Braves baseball. He was a member of Epiphany Lutheran Church.
Surviving are his son, Joe Dean (Jill) Price Jr. of Rock Hill; his daughter, Tammy Price (John) Larkin of Rock Hill; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Mr. Price’s name to RHDC Dream Store, 2500 Ebenezer Rd, Rock Hill, SC 29732.
